Closing date for £5k award approaches

Less than a month remains for entrepreneurs to enter the annual Start-Up Star awards.

There are 16 categories, including: Innovative Business of the Year, Retailer of the Year, Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Female Entrepreneur of the Year, Green Business of the Year, Silver Fox Award and Social Enterprise of the Year.

The winners of each category compete for a £5k prize and become the overal winner.

The closing date for entries is 4 July, while the event itself takes place at the Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington, London on Thursday 30 October.
