Dionne on finding the business...

"We came across this one, which was perfect. If this one hadn't been available then things could have been very different and we probably would have gone back to our old jobs."

On the reasons behind looking for a business to buy...

"My husband had been photocopier engineer for 20 years, getting up really early in the morning, coming home quite late at night, travelling all round the country and not seeing the children, so we just wanted to do something different."

On how family life runs with a business to run...

"Very well. We work together at lunch time, which is really nice, and then in the evening. But we do have a part-time frier, so we get a couple of evenings as well. We don't open Sundays, because we don't want to be rich but we do want to spend time with our family."
