Ellis, client development director of research and strategy, and Nuttall, the company's insight and innovation director, conducted an interview with BusinessWings.co.uk about the biggest mistakes in branding and what they hope to bring to the webinar.
Asked what the pair can offer to participating SME owners, Tom Ellis says: “New ways of looking at old problems. I think we can really help people think a bit more deeply or widely about something that might have been stuck in the ‘too difficult’ box and doesn’t see the light of day very often because although it’s fundamental, it isn’t easy.
“We’re not necessarily going to give people solutions. But we can maybe help them think differently about a problem, which, let’s face it, is halfway to a solution sometimes.”
